Girlie Camps presents Kite surfing for the first year, in a coperation with Flag Beach in Fuerteventura.
With more and more girls wanting to learn how to kite surf, we decided to give girls the oppertunity to
learn how to kite. Together with Flag Beach one of the most experienced centre’s in Europe we present
Girlie Kite Camps. We can offer the girls the absolute best instructors in surf and kite and our Girlie
package will give the girls an unforgettable week. “After many years with great skate/surf/snow camps
all over the world I´m so proud to work with Flag beach and be able to offer the girls kite surfing as
a complement”, says Marika Borg, Founder of Girlie Camps.
Fuerteventura is called “European Hawaii” and there is a reason behind that. With white beaches,
crystal clear water and perfectly shaped waves the place gives you everything you need for a
perfect trip. “In 1999 I caught my first wave in Fuerteventura! I was so stoked! Now I´m back in
my favourite resort in Europe”, says Marika.

Girlie Camps has been around since 1999and offers surf, skate and snow camps for girls only,
across Europe. We offer a platform for women who ride or want to start, at all levels and ages.
Our customers comes from all over the world and in the past camps we have had 45 different
nationalities to join us over the years. Girls attend the camps because they want to improve their
sport. To ride with and be influenced by other girls who have the same passion as them selves.
Included in Girlie Kite Camps, FuerteventuraThe Camps lasts for 7 days, and they are frequently
running in the following dates. The girls can choose their own day of arrival, but must let us know
which day will arrive.
30 june – 9 july1 – 22 september –
There will be 5 days of surfing and each day will be together with instructors from Flag Beach.- Airport and course transfers-7 nights in self catering apartments. 4 or 2 bed rooms available. Cleaning, new towels and linen
will be included 2 times per week. Broadband access is avaliabe for 15€ per week.- Pic nic lunch x 6 days- Girlie Camps Surf Compendium with most important info.- Beach party- Goodie bag with lycra, sun creams, t-shirt and products from Les Ettes and Scull Candy- 2 yoga sessions
