The Kitesurf Centre is searching for a male or female kiteboarding instructor, fitting the description below to start working for us for the upcoming summer season in Camber, East Sussex, UK.
This job position is open from March 1st to October 31st 2020.
We are looking for serious applicants, motivated, outgoing, extremely patient with students and with good adaptation skills and experience in teaching. Instructors applying must be BKSA qualified with minimum 2 seasons experience, be comfortable teaching group lessons and have the skill and knowledge to teach a high quality lesson in all wind conditions.
You must also be ready to teach to a high standard we adhere to and work within the parameters set by The Kitesurf Centre and the BKSA.
Alongside Kitesurfing, The Kitesurf Centre also teach Kite Buggying, Kite Landboarding and Stand Up Paddleboarding. Experience in teaching landkiting is an advantage when applying for this role, though experience will be gained coteaching with experienced instructors.
BSUPA qualified instructors will have the opportunity to increase their workload teaching Stand Up Paddleboarding.
BKSA qualified (IKO instructors may do a conversion course in April)
Minimum 2 seasons experience
Experience teaching group lessons
Comfortable teaching in all wind conditions
Previous experience teaching in the UK
Clean UK driving licence (1+ years)
Kite and board repairs
Self-employed / Full time
