About Us:
Pure Magic is the leading Kitesurfing company in Ireland with 2 centres located in quite perfect conditions for teaching: shallow waters, flat, no need of boat, just a good wetsuit for the long days ( 20 degress in summer) BUT beautifully beautiful. We look for someone for our Achill Island centre ( host of KSP World Tour 2012, Mai Tai 2014, and other great little events)
We work like mad, but we are all passionate and love what we do… and sharing it with our students, guests and customers.
As a business we pride ourselves on providing the right experience for all customers, working as a team and building honest, respectful and encouraging relationships as well as working hard and playing hard!
This job would suit an individual looking to develop their experience in the water sports industry as well as those looking to grow their management experience and work as part of a dynamic, flexible, active and sociable team.
Job Purpose
Providing quality Kitesurfing and SUP lessons and tours to clients of all abilities.
Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Delivering a high standard of customer service through anticipating customers’ needs and ensuring successful provision of all customer Kite and SUP propositions.
Excellent customer service standards
Being positive at all times with a can do attitude
Delivering high quality value for money, structured lessons & tours
Giving a wide range of Kite and SUP advice
Prioritising customers safety at all times
Essential:
Driving License
BKSA, IKO, VDWS Kite Instructor qualification /yes AND minimum 3 year experience
SUP coaching experience
Robust under pressure
Desirable:
Level 2 Kite instructor qualification
SUP open water qualification
Beach lifegaurding qualification
Worked or lived abroad
Additional Language/s
