Notice of Intended Date of Annual General Meeting

Any Member wishing to stand as a non-executive director, or who wishes to propose a resolution for consideration at the AGM, should give notice of the same to the Secretary in accordance with the requirements of the Articles of the Association.

Any such notice must be received by the Secretary no later than Friday 1st March 2013 .  A notice that a person wishes to stand for office must be accompanied by the name and contact details of the Members proposing and seconding the candidate and must be accompanied by a biography of the candidate (no more than 200 words).

A full list of candidates for office and the agenda for the AGM will be circulated at least 14 days but not more than 28 days before the appointed date for the AGM
