School Manager Position Available in Worthing

The Kite, Surf and SUP Co. based in Worthing are looking for a water sports school manager for the coming season.

Looking for a Water sports School Manager in Worthing for 1st April 2023, you will need to be a senior instructor in your chosen sport and have experience of managing a water sports school, or other relevant experience.

Duties will include:

• Managing the school bookings
• Managing the hourly paid instructors
• Opening up and closing up
• Meet and greet students
• Instructing in your chosen sport
• Safety Boat Driving Cover

Also looking for hourly paid BKSA kitesurf or wing instructors and BSUPA Stand Up Paddle instructors for March 2023 onwards. Good hourly rates of pay.

We teach around low tide in onshore winds. As a minimum you’ll need your instructors certificates, first aid and power boat all to be valid and in date.”
