Wingsurfing Now Included in BKSA Insurance

We are pleased to announce that wingsurfing will now be covered within your standard BKSA membership insurance.

We have been watching intently the rise of Wingsurfing over the last 18 months, as well as learning, progressing and enjoying the sport ourselves, we have been developing a training system alongside the RYA and BSUPA to teach people safely throughout our extensive schools networks.

We have now successfully negotiated 3rd party liability for practicing wingsurfing within standard BKSA membership.
We are delighted with this and look forward to the launch of our instructor training system in September.

If you are interested in learning to wing foil we have some test and training centres able to give lessons NOW with more to follow during the Autumn.

As an old windsurfer and avid kite foiler I found wingsurfing fairly straight forward to learn, and am very much enjoying learning something new again.
